It is funny how we remember the dirty jokes but can't remember what happened yesterday (well that's how I am). Reading this brought back something I said to a new driver that was relieving me a couple of months ago. There was a chip out of the Windshield due to a wee rock coming in contact with it. It gets so cold here in January and February that salt doesn't work by it self, for help with traction course sand is put down on the roads. Anyway to make a long story short I told the Newbie a bug hit my windshield. They thought about it for a couple of minutes and I don't think they really caught on it was from a rock hitting the Windshield. OH to be a Newbie, good thing I don't have a mean streak like some of the Veteran Drivers do. That's a road I dont' even want to go down.
