It's set up just like American Idol (probably because it has the same producer, good ol' Nigel) where they have the public humiliation rounds, which is a bit odd (as well as heart-breaking for me, which is why I can't watch it). But once they get to the top 20 (10 girls/10 boys), I think that it's greatness far surpasses Dancing with the Stars. All these different styles of choreography, and the partners have to work together in order to succeed. It makes for some really great dancing. I'm not overly fond of Mary.
