As an old ( very) math teacher thanks for the reminder. For those who don't know what a square root day is it is a day when the number of the month and the number of the day are the square root of the last two numbers of the year. Thus if you multiply them together they will give you the last two numbers.Isn't math fun?

ha! folks come out with the weirdest concepts. but 9 such years in 100 doesn't seem like something extremely special. they do get rarer toward the end of a century, though :)

  4. Thom says:

Mahalo for the explanation Dr. John. Greatly appreciated. There is no paucity in square roots.
