My response:

Dan Dan Dan….Jack is and always has been such a lap dog of Erica’s that it doesn’t matter what she does…she stands NO chance of losing him even if she is chasing after Mike Roy. Sure he might try to have a romp in the hay with Krystal, but it never pans out and he always just puts his tail between his legs and goes right back to being the obedient little puppy to the daytime diva.

I feel that getting all these folks onto the show before it goes off the air is being taken to an extreme but hey, they all want to be a part of the goodbye so I just have resigned myself that however they come back is okay with me even if it is chasing after pipe dreams in California.

I have always thought that David was going to end up being the hero of PV with what he is doing but after this week I’m not so sure. Yes I want that to happen but it isn’t what, the new cleanly shaved Zach warned Erica about at the airport that got me, it was Agne’s message from Davids dad that I’m beginning to think that he isn’t going to be the hero and they are going to take this into the biggest pitfall David has ever gone through. We shall see. 14 more episodes left…sigh

Debbi Morgan was brilliant in her scenes with Darnell Williams last week and I must say that Darnell was just as good. All I could think was please Angie I wish you could see Jesse and his pain through all of this as well. He did a great job. Both of them deserve the Emmy if you ask me. I do think, in no defense of Maya, that Lucy is really their grandson…maybe wishful thinking.

For one moment in time I cared about Cara for a change. She and Tad I was hoping would have a chance, but I think she’s getting sick again and then there is oh yeah, Dixie. I’m so tired of Dixie and Tad always talking about what they do wrong. Get over it. 14 days… Cara needs to go back to Agnes and ask her to cure her if she is indeed getting sick again…I mean miracles do exist. Just ask Cara’s Green Card.

My response:

I was like is this all we are getting of Gillian and then I realized how well done it was. Just for Esta TerBlanche to be a part of the goodbye was good enough for me but the best part was for a few scenes Ryan wasn’t yelling, having that huge deer in the headlights look and was talking in a normal tone of voice. I too remember the princess being a snot and then, and forgive my CRS, but something changed and yes I was rooting for her to. I thought it was very well done.

I think the two scenes that were the scenes of the week if when JR was talking about “that bitch” to his dad and that he was going to get even. So Chandleresque if you ask me and the other was Tad and Jesse. They play off each other so well and always have and for Tad to realize something was up and make Jesse tell him I thought thank goodness for miracles. I’ve been waiting for that for months. I’ve never liked this storyline because Angie and Jesse were the solid foundation couple of AMC and I wanted them to always be happy. I just hope against all odds that they will survive this. Here’s hoping that Lorraine wants that as well. I believe that Lucy is going to be a Hubbard because either Mookie or Maya is a long lost Hubbard and that will ease the pain a little for Angie. My mom and I have visions of Angie being taken to where Ellie is buried and how horrible that is going to be. Be strong Angie!!!

I am sick to death of everyone thinking that David is doing bad. Yes he has always been the bad guy in PV but I think that he is going to end up being a hero. But I suppose it all depends upon how they are going to end AMC in September. I think what they need to do is have a very loving and happy ending and leave no cliff hangers. When PP picks the show back up, if it really does happen, they can continue the soap and just say it’s months or years later and start anew.

I’m digging jerk Zach as well. I’ve always liked his character and he is always gruff and just tells it like it is. I don’t see him being much different than he always was. He has a power with words and he delivers them in typical Zach fashion. Yes he could be only doing this to bring David down but I don’t want that to happen. Remember a hero! And I think with Angie wanting to come on board with David gives more creedence to that so combine that with Zach and I think this is a recipe for greatness.

Speaking of recipes…I still haven’t watched ABC since that fateful date in April and I refuse to watch that network ever again. Except for AMC of course. Those frickin’ ads just annoy me and I can only hope that the un-named show will be flambayed into oblivion and make a Baked Alaska look like child’s play.

My response:

First I didn’t pay too much attention to Thursday and Friday’s episodes. I was out enjoying Kahana Bay here in Hawaii camping and so what I did watch was quick and well maybe I got water logged…who knows.

Anyway I think Marissa and Bianca were tastefully done. It is brand new and I think with Marissa now being interested in women it would have been way to soon to go full bore with a love scene with the both of them. People are just now starting to get use to the fact that after all these years she is bisexual. I for one thought that was going to happen a long long time ago and I for one wasn’t shocked. The scenes with those two were tastefully and tenderly done. I enjoyed it.

Loving JR being an ass with Dixie. If anyone deserves it she does. The last time she came back I remember telling my mom that I’m sick of her bouncing back and forth on the soap. Go get ‘em JR.

What scares me the most is your observation about the Chandlers. How true and scary…Can you imagine Colby as the head of the Chandlers…please get rid of them all if that is to happen. Sad such a family is now so well obsolete. Maybe they will bring AJ out of Joe and Ruth’s attic and when they come back online he will be an adult…who knows.

First my friend. I hope you are feeling better…Finger puppets can wait LOL Your health can’t and so get some rest. It must have been from the world wind tour last week…but boy did you have me rolling with some of your tweets…ixnay LOL OMG too funny.

JR shocked me with his reaction to Dixie coming back and he was so justified to do so. She has come and gone on this show so many times that I’ve lost count. Jacob Young deserves so many kudos for his portrayal of JR. He is doing a superb job and just as I felt Alicia Minshew deserved the Emmy I certainly think Jacob does next year. Bravo Jacob…keep up the good work.

Amanda, Jake and Janet were excellent. The relationship between mother and daughter seems to have come full circle and it has been long over due especially with Amanda saying, as you stated, what she had learned was brilliant. Jake and Amanda are finally back to the characters we know and love. Master T I’m sure will agree LOL

Zach shocked me with his saying that it is over between Kendall and him. I can only hope that it was the drugs that good old David, who is my hero of all time especially by outfoxing those dimwits Ryan and Griffin, making him say that. I am so glad he is back and I really like how they did it with Greenlee. Those two have such a good history of friendship and Lorraine couldn’t have written it better.

Faux Erica I’m glad is at an end. I too liked the wink at the end but what I can’t understand is Jack, as an officer of the court, allowing that to go on but oh well…not enough time left for AMC to worry about that.

For the first time I had a twinge of sorrow for Cara. For some reason, even though as you said that Dixie and Tad are iconic, I wouldn’t mind seeing Tad end up with her. She is going to have to take Krystal up on her offer however, of borrowing some clothes because she left the house with the littlest suitcase I’ve ever seen. I’m most anxious to see how this all plays out.

Thursday and Friday weren’t very good episodes if you ask me. The first three days last week were excellent and then they brought Maya, Colby and Mookie on…who cares. I still think Angie and Jesse’s baby is related already by blood and I do think Mookie is a long lost child of either Angie or Jesse. I really like the fact that Angie is defending David to some degree. I am hoping against all hope that David comes out a hero in all of this. My big question is who he keeps talking to over the phone? I thought it was Ben, who I don’t think we’ve seen the last of, but I don’t know. I’m thinking it’s someone that we all know and love and David and whoever it is are going to end up the hero’s of PV, especially with the backing of Angie.

Was a good week and it seems to me that I can’t stop thinking about the show all the time because I know the end is near, as we know it.

Hmmm yet more on Prospect Park taking over AMC…sounds to me like they want things to happen on the TV series and then cast all new people if they can’t get the people currently on contract. I bet a lot of the biggies bag and if they don’t I won’t watch. Unless those biggies decide this could be good and that they want to help make a go of it. Still so many unanswered questions:

My response:

I was astounded that Kate new Dixie and just thought well she must have seen pictures and plenty of them if you ask me. It’s still unbelievable to me that she recognized Dixie at all. Kids that age to me don’t retain what they get from pictures…it’s all about real life but oh well move on and get over that so we just have to accept that she knows that was her mom.

I’m still holding out hope that they get rid of Caleb and Asher quickly. I think your thought of Liza taking over would be brilliant. I can see that happening. Oh and by the way take Griffin and Cara with you Caleb will ya? LOL

I think that with Lucy it’s going to come out now, and I have changed my mind on this because of my mother, that Mookie is related to the Hubbards and hence Lucy is actually their granddaughter. I originally thought it was Maya that was related but now I’m thinking Mookie. If they make this ugly and Angie and Jesse fight over this and there is no forgiveness I would much like that and I can only hope that Lorraine is going to solve this so everyone gets along. I can’t see another actress playing Angie at all and a Jesse without an Angie is totally wrong.

JR is doing an excellent job being an alcoholic. I don’t feel sorry for him but in true Chandler fashion he is blaming this on everyone but himself. I agree give me a house on the first date and I’m sooooo there.

I was shocked at Erica solving this whole Jane and Ben thing but it had to end soon. What I don’t get is why Erica didn’t bring Jane and Ben into Confusion with her to prove her point. But that’s way to easy of course. I suppose they are dusting off her prison orange so they can throw her in jail for attacking David. I’m glad that this story line is ending and I hope that Erica really never changes. Yes she might have had an epiphany about her life, it’s like Tad reminiscing about Dixie, but how come it took so long??? Oh yeah the show is coming to a close in a couple of months…

I agree you can tell the difference with Lorraine back at the helm. AMC is back at the top of it’s game…LISTEN UP ABC!!!!!

I have to tell you I lost it when Greenlee flipped that stupid fire alarm up and the bell stopped. I wonder if she will be billed for the fire departments time for flipping the false one LOL

I was so irritated with AMC and them letting Amanda and JR have unprotected sex I couldn’t see straight. I dearly love Amanda and as much as i do I’m glad that there are some consequences that she is going to have to go through. At least they are making it more realistic and not brushing this off. I was very proud of Jake and the way he handled the news. If I were JR however, I think his licking from Jake is still coming. LOL What was the dumbest part of this whole storyline so far is JR making a beeline to the hospital and having to ask Cara yet again what HPV is all about. Couldn’t he have at least asked on of the other 3 or 4 doctors on staff? LOL

I could care less about him starting to drink. I am sure that Dixie is going to save him. Same with Maya and her abuse. I could care less. I know these are two very horrible things to deal with and I should care more but I just don’t because of the aforesaid Dixie’s help to JR. Maya I just don’t like at all. Pack her up and send her off with Mookie, Cara, Griffin, Caleb and Asher. All total wastes on the canvas.

I’m thinking the Orpheus is going to be the redemption of David and very important to the end AMC. I can’t figure out Griffins involvement in it all. Possibly Zach is behind the whole thing working with both David and Griffin…but then I think why would Griffin even lock lips with Kendall if Zach is indeed involved.

You are so right about those flashbacks…Lorraine is the best!!

I can’t wait for start seeing Lorraine’s work this week. You can tell that that she has changed some story lines along the way from what I think they were intended. One being the Hubbards. I think that Maya is going to be a long lost Hubbard myself and Angie and Jesse have their grand daughter and Angie will forgive Jesse because all that’s important is that they have their relative. I think the guy that is abusing her put her up to this whole thing. I also think they really changed the Faux Erica storyline as well. You watch Erica is going to forgive her and help her because of all she suffered and besides which it still can be Silver actually. You can see hints of Lorraine already and I for one cannot wait.

Jake/Amanda/JR/Marissa are boring if you ask me. Be done with it already and move on. Crap we only have three months left. Each one of them has cheated so be done with it already.

And OMG who every thought Colby could sing…YIKES!!! I rather listen to fingernails on a chalk board. She is HORRIBLE!!!!

The whole highlight last week was Tad. It was some much needed comic relief and he is spot on with it.

I also think they are getting Madison back to her true roots. Being a murderess and getting away with it. I wouldn’t be surprised if she does someone else in before it’s all said and done. LOL

I cannot and have never liked “the Mountain Man” He is the biggest waste of canvas on AMC with the exception of that Banshee of a Cara. I’m so sick and tired of that woman with those bug eyes always screeching at EVERYONE. And while I’m at it they can take Grffin as well that thief! Three characters that helped a great deal to the demise of AMC thanks to the crappy writing.

You are so right about Jane (FauxErica) and David. I really enjoy them and those two work well with each other and always have. I didn’t pick up on the subsidy line but what a screech.

Tad was just too good this week. I loved Opals look when she first discovered the blue smurf hair. That was just a riot. He is so good at comedy and if they had written Cara right maybe I wouldn’t despise her so bad because her and Tad work well off each other when they go that route.

Along with Marissa not ever catching onto Bink’s longing stares wouldn’t you think that Jack would do with the same with FE? Some people are just dumber than dirt.
