From My Lifetime How “Army Wives” Got That 1940s Look On Tonight’s Episode
I just loved tonight’s episode. The best part about it was that they had all the characters play opposite of what they are like in present day. Those two old women telling that story…I most certainly could see that in Roxy and Pam. And the best part about it was how the related the whole story back to Betty and The Hump bar. That was very clever on their part. I loved all the music and the look. It was just awesome. I knew the minute the guy came up behind the two old ladies that it had to be one of the kids. And It was also good that they moved it fast enough so that Joan and Roland had more air time. You know I never think about segregation now until you see a program like this that brings it up. It was just a real good show. I think only 2 or 3 more episodes until the finale.
From My Lifetime Let’s Do the Time Warp!

i still havent watched the show. i am so anxious. oh i will be mad if it shows roland and joan being snubbed back in the 40′s…. i cant imagine how they are going to do it but i’ll bet it will be good..
Well you will see. It’s just awesome is all I know
You are going to be so far behind and the season of the new shows is just starting LOL
oh i just loved that show….whoever had the intelligence and know how to put that show on is a genius…. they were all wonderful. chase said more on that show than he has in all the rest of the shows i have watched. i felt so sorry for michael in the wheelchair with that dude knocking him out of it… so sad… as were joan and roland until later. i cant believe all that went on back then… segregation and all. now its just the opposite so i never even think about how it used to be… shame on us… the whole thing was just so great to watch…. next week looks pretty intense and i think they said there are only 2 episodes left… boo-hoo… i love it.
You are so right about Chase. LOL. It was awesome. And I can’t believe, and yes shame on us, that we let that happen. I love this show so much. It’s just excellent
And you are right, whoever did this show was a genius
